September Prize Challenge

Would you like to win these Autumn Leaves stamps?

Then read on........... Each Monday in September (apart from the 29th) I'll post a couple of prompts for making a card on Card Paper Scissors - this may be a certain colour to use, a type of embellishment, a certain occasion or even a sketch.

That means 4 weeks with a couple of prompts each week.

To win the stamps all you need to do is make a card for at least 2 of the 4 week prompts and upload them to the relevant thread on the forum by the 30th of September.

Anyone who has entered a card for any 2 of the 4 prompts will be entered into a draw to win the stamps. Cards can be made in any order as long as they are uploaded by the 30th of the month. The draw will take place on the 2nd October and the winner notified shortly after.

Anyone can enter (includes international entries) but you have to be a member of the forum. Get out there and tell your friends! Look forward to seeing you!

Any questions....fire away.

I'm struggling with a cold at the moment (only managed about an hour's sleep last night) but am hoping I may be able to do something creative later. Am taking OH's car to the garage for it's MOT tomorrow and the kids to McDonalds while we wait for the car. We only go to Mucky D's once in each holiday so they're really looking forward to it and we have already sorted out what they're having to eat!

Been away

Went away last week and spent a few days with the wonderful in-laws in South Wales. We took the kids to the beach at Ogmore for an hour one afternoon and although it was quite windy they did get to paddle for a while: (Jess throwing pebbles with Daddy. It was the first time she'd been on a beach and we were wondering what she'd think of it. We needn't have worried because as soon as her socks and shoes were taken off she was straight in to the water!)

(Then she managed to completely soak her jeans by going in deeper and jumping in the waves so they came off too!)

(The boys had a whale of a time too and were also completely soaked!)

I did get to do some crafting while I was away - that's one of the fab things about having a MIL who also crafts! I got to rummage through her stash and have a play with some gorgeous stamps and come home with a few sheets of images which I've started making into cards and will be posting later in the week.

I don't know! We spend money buying her various toddler toys and what does she do? Crawl under the table to where all the boys Matchbox cars are and play with them instead!

Bless her!
