ATDML June GDT (part 2)

Here are the layouts I completed using Bella Blvd for the A Trip Down Memory Lane June gallery as a guest designer:

For this first one all the elements were cut from the patterned paper.

Materials used: Bazzill cardstock, Bella Blvd papers, black Sakura pen.

And here's the second one. There's a lot of machine sewing and distressed edges on this one:

Materials used: Bazzill cardstock, Bella Blvd papers, Bella Blvd sticker, Dovecraft pearl brads, Papermania rhinestone brad, Maya Rd ruffle edge trim.

ATDML June GDT

Last month I was lucky enough to get some Bella Blvd goodies from Mel and Jill at A Trip Down Memory Lane and had 2 layouts and 3 cards in the June gallery.

Now it's July I can show you my stuff so here's the 3 cards I made:






Materials used: Bazzill cardstock, Bella Blvd papers, Prima lace and flowers, 7Gypsies rub-on, buttons.
Also used: ribbon, fabric strip, Stickles and antique glass buttons.

ATDML June Gallery

I'm so lucky this month to be joining the fabulous design team at A Trip Down Memory Lane as a guest designer (along with Sarah Meacher) and the gallery can be seen here.

I had a selection of gorgeous Bella Boulevard papers to play with and made 2 layouts and 3 cards...hope you like them!!

DCM - Supersize Me

Well, this is the end of my month as Guest Designer over at Daring Cardmakers and I've loved it! Here's my last card for Lythan's dare - Supersize Me! "I have loads of enormous paper flowers that I have bought and never used. So I want to see some really big embellishments on your cards. Bonus points for outsize blooms!"

I used: Bazzill cardstock, KI Memories paper, Making Memories brads, large flower (from Dunelm Mill), Bazzill chipboard, Studio G sentiment stamp, Versafine ink, black gel pen, organza ribbon and rhinestones.

Off to make the boys eat and drink something now! They went back to school for the day yesterday but were both feeling bad again this morning so have another day off school. Hopefully they'll be recovered by Monday!

DCM - Games and Toys for Boys

This week's dare at Daring Cardmakers was set by Rein: It's Rein here this week, and I'm daring you to make a masculine cardGames and Toys for Boys put a race track, dart board, vehicle... on your card. Here's my card: I used: Papermill card, DCWV Spring Stack paper, doodled ferry by Kate Hadfield, Doodlebug and other ric-rac, Making Memories tiny alphabet stickers, smiley face brad, staples, white Signo pen, sewing thread.

DCM - Hide and Seek

It was Jozza's turn to set the dare over at Daring cardmakers this week: This week the dare is hide and seek. I would like to see a hidden message or element on your cards. It's my 2nd week as Guest Designer and here's my card: I used: Corrugated card, Versafine black ink, Scenic Route papers, Paper Reflections die-cut window, Dovecraft brads, Studio G stamp, Making Memories ribbons, pins and inside the window are Royal & Langnickel white alphabet rub-ons.

Feeling Fruity - DCM!!

I'm going to start this post with a little *toot* for myself. I was invited by the lovely girls over at Daring Cardmakers to join them as guest designer for April!!!!! Woo-hoo!

This week's fab challenge was set by Keryn:

"My dare this week is to put a piece of fruit on your card. Make your card for any occassion and use any fruit you like the look of."

I used: Papermill card, Bazzill cardstock, all papers free with various magazines, Cactus Pink stamp, Dauber Duo inks, clear embossing powder, Quickutz Olivia die-cut alphabet, organza ribbon, satin ribbon, pins, Marvy pens, button and Stickles.
