Moxie Fab World - Shabby and vintage

I've been reading the Moxie Fab World blog for a while now and always intend to join in with the challenges but never seem to get around to it. This one gave me a kickstart though as it was to make a card in the shabby chic or vintage style, which is something I love. You can see the post and other participants' cards here.

I made a 5" square card and inked the edges with distress ink. All the patterned papers are by Webster's Pages and I sewed around them before distressing the edges. The image is printed from a CD I bought on Ebay ages ago. The cotton lace was coloured with Glimmer Mist as it was originally cream and I made the organza flower using a tea-light. The centre of the flower is actually part of a necklace I bought a few months ago especially to take apart.

Materials used: Papermill card, Ranger Distress inks, Webster's Pages papers, Joy Crafts butterfly die, Papermania shimmer dots, Prima flower centre, Doodlebug vellum, Glimmer Mist
Also used: image from Ebay CD, organza, detail from necklace.
