I'm back!

We went away over Christmas to stay with OH's relatives in Swindon and had a fab time although I had a tummy bug and Jess, Neil and I ended up with stinking colds! A fab time was had by all with loads of presents, food and of course the odd drink here and there!

I just love this photo of Jess. She was wearing her new dress for the first time so I sat her on the sofa for a photo shoot. She grabbed hold of the dress hem, pulled it up and beamed at me. She was just 4 months old at the time!

Matthew loves cutting and sticking more than jamie who is more into writing and drawing so I let them loose with some of my old stash and turning the handle on the Cuttlebug!!! Jess is cruising around the room holding on to anything and everything and will stand and wave now while holding on to the sofa with one hand. She loves it when Jamie crawls around the floor after her and will shriek with excitement when he catches her - just so cute to watch! She still has no teeth yet so is way behind the boys in the teeth stakes as they got theirs at about 6 months. Off to write the last of my Christmas cards now so Neil can post them in the morning.

Still got 2 unwell kids here - Jamie and Jess. Jamie is staying off school again tomorrow and hopefully he'll be OK to go back on Monday after being off for a whole week. OH is still feeling pretty bad but off to work tomorrow and Matthew seems to be over it. Luckily (touch wood) I seem to have got away with this one! Jess seems to have perked up a bit today - yesterday she was really quiet and just wanted to lie in my arms all day which just isn't like her!

I'm hoping that I can get around to doing some more scrapping now kids are getting better as I still have to complete those 2 albums for christmas presents!
