I used:Papermill card, Keeping Memories Alive paper, KI Memories paper (from funky paper pad II), Keeping Memories Alive tag, Colorbox chalk ink, black gel pen, Quickutz Blossom Grand and Blossom mini die-cuts, Bazzill cardstock, Heidi Grace stamp, black Versafine ink, ribbon and MAMBI icons rhinestones.

Jo! This is a wonderful card! I love the different shapes you have and how it comes together so nicely. The rhinestones are very pretty. Is that the stamp up on the upper left hand corner? It almost looks like a rub-on! Such a pretty stamp!
