Di's card sketch October #1

Yep! It's October already - so that's Matthew's birthday next week, Jamie's a couple of weeks after that followed by mine a couple of weeks later and then 6 weks after that it's Christmas! eek! Anyway, yesterday was Di's card sketch day so here's my card:

I used: Papermill card, DCWV glitter stack paper, K&Co Brenda Walton sticker, Quickutz Metro mini alphabet die-cuts, ribbon and ribbon bows from The Ribbonrie and Kaiser rhinestones.
