Friends with Flair Friday

I haven't taken part in FWF Friday for a few weeks but I'm back again today LOL!
For a full list of participants check out the Unity blog or you can go straight on to Elisabeth's blog. Don't forget to leave a comment at the blog of the person with the special flair blinkie to be in with a chance to  win some fab stamps!

For today's card I've used one of the stamps from the Scrapbook Royalty set - Just Be You. Not only is this (along with the better. somewhere. today. set) designed by Melody Ross but a % of sales from this set goes to Scrapbook Royalty. If you're in the UK you can buy both sets from Emily at Make The Day Special.

Anyway...my card. I used gorgeous Webster's Pages papers with some sewing and distressing. When it came to adding the ribbon I decided it needed something "else" so just ran it through my sewing machine before adding it to the card.

Materials used: Papermill card, Ranger Distress ink, Webster's Pages paper, Unity stamp, Memento ink, Making Memories photo corner and brad.
Also used: satin ribbon, safety pin, jump ring and charm.

Today is the boys' last day at school before the 6 week summer holiday which could either spell disaster for my crafting time or could work to my advantage. Let's hope it's the latter LOL! Wish me luck!
