Scrapology - A is for apertures

(If you're here for my FWF post you need to scroll down to the previous post.)

A new blog started recently called Scrapology which offers monthly inspiration for scrapbookers and has some of my fave UK scrappers (and friends) on the Design Team.

The first inspirational piece was a layout by Anita using a starburst aperture technique   -something I've never tried before so here's my layout.

Materials used: American Crafts cardstock, Colorbox chalk ink, GCD Studios Artsy Urban paper by Melody Ross, Pink Paislee chipboard alphabet, GCD Studios Artsy Urban transparency die-cut, K & Co Blossomwood die-cuts, Papermania shimmer dots, Making Memories tiny alphabet stickers.
Also used: crystal beaded string.

Jo, Jess is just as pretty as a picture! Lovely LO, and I love how you've made the aperture your own, but then, I've always admired your style :-) Thanks for playing along hon!

JO! I just LOVE this take on the original, I so admire how you do vintage/shabby creations and this is a prime example.I really like how you have shortened the points in the aperture...and I LOVE that photo of Jess, she is such a poppet! Thank you so much for joining in this months challenge..xx Warmest Wishes Anita..xx

I have found two beauties in this post: the layout (very beautiful!) and the face ( beautiful face of angel).
Jo, thank you for nice comment on my blog:)
