Just Chillin'

Here's my post for the Make The Day Special blog today:

I have a couple of cards to show you today both using the set Just Chillin' by The Cat's Pajamas. For the first one the image was stamped directly on to a plain white card blank and coloured with Promarkers before stamping the sentiment on a piece of card and layering it over velvet ribbon.

Materials used: Dovecraft card blank, Memento grey ink, Promarkers, Fancy Pants velvet ribbon, Stickles, snowflake brad.

 The second card was made using a few layers and some patterned paper. The image was again stamped on plain white card and coloured with Promarkers. I then used various patterned papers to layer on a red card blank. the sentiment here is a sticker layered on red card and cut out.

Materials used: Paperchase card blank, Papermania Mistletoe Kisses papers, Memento grey ink, Promarkers, Papermania photo corner stickers and sentiment sticker, Stickles, cotton lace.
