The Play Date Cafe - PDCC34



The challenge over at The Play Date Cafe this week for PDCC34 is to make a project in black and white with a splash of blue:


Here's the card I made:


I cut the heart from felt and sewed around the edge before adding various sequins and beads. The paper was also sewn around using a blue silk thread before adding lace and pompom trim. I used blue chalk to highlight a word on the paper. The alphabet beads were threaded on to a pin before being stuck on the card.

Materials used: Papermill cardstock, 7Gypsies paper, Deluxe Designs chalk.
Also used: felt, sequins, beads, lace pompom trim, pin, alphabet beads and organza ribbon.
