The Shabby Tea Room - week #35 - Lavender and Lace

Here's the inspiration photo for this week's Shabby Tea Room challenge:

I've been dying to use my Webster's Pages Hollywood Vogue papers and these seemed to fit the bill for this challenge. I stamped the Unity "Just Be You" stamp straight on to the Webster's paper before sewing around the edge. I used 2 different cotton laces for the card - a black and a cream. The lavender large flower was made using organza fabric and I added a vintage glass button in the centre. The bird embellishment is a Unity stamp that was stamped on to shrink plastic.

Materials used: Papermill cardstock, Versafine black ink, Webster's Pages papers, Unity stamps, Jusikins shrink plastic, black Stazon ink, Wild Orchid Crafts paper roses, Crafty Notions Rainbow Drop.
Also used: cotton laces, organza fabric, vintage glass button, beaded stamen, silk leaf.
