Crafty Templates August #2

Here's my second card for Crafty Templates this month. It uses the Hat Boxes template sheet. To read more details on signing up to get the templates monthly have a look here.

I used items from the stunning Quirky kit "Tell Me More" which can be seen in the shop here. The only thing not from the kit is the tiny alphabet stickers:

Crafty Templates August #1

Here's my first card for Crafty Templates this month. It uses the Bow Dress template sheet. To read more details on signing up to get the templates monthly have a look here.

I used items from the stunning Quirky kit "Tell Me More" which can be seen in the shop here.



I paper pieced the dress and used the pink netting as an overskirt.

Crafty Templates DT cards

Here's the cards I made using the July Crafty Templates. For details on joining the Crafty Templates club take a look here.

My first card uses the Kitsch Flying Saucer Template sheet. I cut the flying saucer from Kesi'Art papers:


Materials used: Kesi'Art papers, Creative Cafe rub-ons, epoxy stickers, sequins.


My 2nd card uses the Pleated Pop Up Dress template:


Materials: My Mind's Eye cardstock, Papermania papers, Fancy Pants rub-ons, sequins.

My final card uses the Watermelon Wedge template:

Materials used: Papermania cardstock, Papermania paper, My Mind's Eye paper, Quickutz mini Metro alphabet die-cuts, twine.

Crafty Templates June cards

Here are the cards I've made using the Crafty Templates June downloads. For details of how to subscribe check out the website here.

My first card uses the Hot Air Balloon template sheet and some fab Kesi'Art papers which Leo has in the shop here:


I used Derwent Artbars to make the background before paper piecing the hot air balloon.  The sentiment was done using Kesi'Art alphabet stickers which are available in the shop here.


My next card uses the Congratulations Word template sheet. I kept this one simple by just colouring in the letters with Faber Castell brush pens and then outlining them before adding a few star sequins.




My 3rd card uses the Jeans Pocket template. Again I used some gorgeous Kesi'Art papers and lots of sewing:


My final card uses the Floral Doodles templates. This time I coloured them with Prismacolor pencils and again used the Kesi'Art alphabet stickers for the sentiment:

May Crafty Templates cards

I've been playing with the May templates to make my DT cards which all use some of the gorgeous Studio Calico papers available in the Crafty Templates shop here. I just love these papers - great designs and the quality is lovely!

My first card uses the Sunshine Tags template sheet:


Materials used: Bazzill cardstock, Studio Calico papers, Cosmo Cricket rub-ons.


The second card uses the Street Party template sheet:


Materials used: DCWV cardstock, Studio Calico papers, Prismacolor pencils, Creative Cafe rub-ons, Papermania ribbon and Kesi'Art paper flowers.


My final card uses the Union Jack Teacup template sheet:

Materials used: Studio Calico papers, watercolour paper, Derwent Inktense pencils, CraftWork lace, Prima alphabet stickers.

Crafty Templates March DT card 2

Here's my 2nd card using the Crafty Templates' March kit and this one uses the "grassy banners" template set.

Again I paper pieced all the elements and layered them with foam pads.



Materials used: Papermill cardstock, K & Co papers, Unity sentiment stamp.

Crafty Templates March DT card 1

Here is the first of the items I've made for Crafty Templates using some of the March templates.


I paper pieced the flag and then sewed around it before mounting on  foam squares. The heart was also sewn around.

All materials used from Crafty Templates except for the Making Memories tiny alphabet stickers.

Crafty Templates DT news!!

A few weeks ago Leo from Crafty Templates was on the search for card makers to join the Crafty Templates DT and I was lucky enough to be offered a place on the team! I can't wait to get started making cards with Leo's fab templates and see what the other talented girls on the team make.
