Today is Matthew's 6th birthday so I've got to get everything ready for later as my parents are coming around for a family birthday tea. Matthew has requested, sausages, sausage rolls, sandwiches, pizza, Wotsits, Skips, Twiglets, Party rings and birthday cake! Hoping that Jess has a nap so I can sort some stuff out - she was up 5 times last night which is an improvement on the 10 times the night before!

The journalling for this one is under the left hand photo which is hinged and tells how our cat Bluebelle who was an indoor cat used to sit in the window and wait for Garfield from next door and then they'd just miaow pitifully at each other for ages.

Jess at the age of 6 weeks in her designer gear - John Rocha! The journalling says -
" Mum and I had always said that we didn't see the point of buying designer gear for babies, so when Jess was born what did she buy but 3 designer dresses including this one by John Rocha."

Hoping for a quiet weekend and that I can get some scrapping/cardmaking done. Not holding out much hope tonight though - put Jess to bed at 9pm and in the past hour and a half I've had to go up to her 3 times!

After taking the photo of this one I modified the card slightly by adding 4 white eyelets (one in each corner of the patterned paper). I realy must buy a silent setter so I can use eyelets in the evening when the kids are in bed!

I loved this sketch and will definitely be using it again. In fact I've already made an ATC with it but can't show you as it's for a swap and I haven't sent it off yet!
